Born 53 years to Professor Amuzu Kpeglo, a former lecturer at UCC and a former PNDC district secretary. Vivian is a caterer by training and a politician by birth.
She join the NDC in 1992 at Ayawaso central constituency in Accra. She was an assembly member. She relocated to France for 10 years where she combined her work with politics as an organizer in France. She returned to Ghana to continue her business and politics. This time in the madina constituency where she became the constituency women’s organizer.
She has been part of the Greater Accra campaign team.
Vivian has travelled to many constituencies in Ghana working with women’s groups ( market women, traders, fish mongers, seamstresses and hairdressers etc), she is been involved in polling agents training, elections monitoring and management, etc.
In all these, she has been an achiever.
As a grassroot mobilizer, who understand the challenges and difficulties that the grassroots encounter, she is the best choice for the position of Deputy National Organizer.
